Industrial Design Merges Old With New
Trying to define industrial design gets confusing, because aspects of it feel so vintage, while others are totally modern. It doesn’t wholly fit one style or the other, but rather is an amalgamation of both.
Large steel windows and open-concept spaces with a neutral color palette and simple, streamlined decor make the design feel sleek and modern, but the exposed pipes/brick, lived-in feel, and vintage furniture differentiate the style from the more stark minimalism.
