Using a feather duster is always a bad idea
Yes, we all know that people use often a feather duster, especially in movies, but I hope this cleaning habit will remain only in movies! So, using a feather duster for getting rid of the dust will always be a bad idea because it is not actually removed.
The dust does nothing but falls on the floor or on other surfaces and the chances of you inhaling it are very high! Not to mention the fact that dust can lead to a fire if it contacts the electrical outlets. So, next time when you want to use a feather duster just think about your health and your safety. Instead, you can use a cloth for removing the dust, but as I mentioned above, do not use the spray directly on the furniture!
