Meditation and physical exercises are beneficial for every single person. Well, meditation is an old practice in which an individual has to stay focused on a particular object in order to obtain a clear mind and improve their emotional state. Some people focus their minds on their breaths while meditating.
Nevertheless, physical exercise is essential for our health and to improve our quality of life and wellbeing. If you want to have a healthy body, you should exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If you want to prevent the coronavirus, you should exercise at home every day to boost your immune system.
