Arnold Schwarzenegger
Arnold Schwarzenegger is an Austrian-American actor, producer, businessman and retired bodybuilder who initially financed his acting career by investing in real estate. He is also regarded as the greatest bodybuilder of all time, winning Mr. Universe at the age of 20 and the Mr. Olympia contest seven times. After retiring from bodybuilding, he started to gain more fame as a Hollywood action actor.
He invested the money he earned from his bodybuilding competitions in an apartment building that he bought for $10,000. Since then, he has continued to invest in a number of real estate holding companies. Schwarzenegger saw the benefits of investing in real estate, which led him to build a $300 million Real Estate empire, now consisting of hundreds of apartment units, office buildings and retail space in West Los Angeles.
