Patrick Dempsey
Patrick Dempsey is an American actor and race car driver. He rose to fame after starring in the medical drama television series Grey’s Anatomy. He also appeared in Brother Bear 2 (2006), Enchanted (2007), Made of Honor (2008), Valentine’s Day (2010), Flypaper (2011), to name a few. Dempsey has publicly stated that he would retire from acting if he could spend all his time in motorsports.
What many people don’t know about him is that he plays an important role in the real estate game and knows how to cut a deal. It all started when he sold his Malibu home, known as the Tin House. Our famous and talented actor bought the home for $7 million and sold it for $15 million.
