After buying her midcentury Beverly Hills mansion for $13.5 million, she decided to hire an architect to overhaul the property. So when the house was ready for sale, she sold it for $35 million. However, this was not her last move in the real estate game and home renovations. Aniston and her ex husband, Justin Theroux also spent $21 million on their Bel Aire home.
“If I wasn’t an actress, I’d want to be a designer. I love the process. There’s something about picking out fabrics and finishes that feeds my soul,” the actress said.
