If you want to make your yard look larger and more attractive in one fell swoop, start by adding a trellis and some climbing vines. “Plant fast-growing bamboo or tall grasses to create a natural barrier,” suggests Gianna.
“There are also lots of ready-made or DIY options like trellis-panel privacy screens (either set in the ground or in movable planters), canvas sheets lashed to freestanding aluminum or wood frames, or rolls of bamboo fencing to attach to chain link or between poles, that work well and look attractive.”
