Wait Until After Christmas
It might be tempting to buy the latest, greatest holiday decorations early in the season, but some of the best deals happen after Christmas. Many stores put holiday items on sale Dec. 26, and as the days go on, the discounts often get even better.
Big-box stores and chain-based drugstores, especially, need the floor space for incoming springtime home and garden items, so they’re willing to part with their winter decorations for far less. It’s up to you to take advantage of this seasonal shift.
