Cleaning the BBQ grill
First of all, don’t store the barbecue without cleaning it! There is fat on the grill or leftover food that rots and causes rust.
Maker advises us to “think about how dirty these little things get—[they’re] raw meat and sauce central. They need to be cleaned to prevent greasy buildup and potential cross-contamination.”
