Wash the bed sheets once a week

Whether we talk about bath towels or bed sheets, they should be washed frequently if you want to stay away from the coronavirus. Did you know that your bed sheets may be the most favorable place for microbial development? Well, now you know.

“You have spores of fungi, bacteria, animal dander, pollen, soil, lint, finishing agents of whatever the sheets are made from, coloring material, all sorts of excrements from the body including sweat, sputum, different excretions or skin cells. Plus there are cosmetics that people use — they put oils and creams on their body, all of that is in that milieu,” said microbiologist and pathologist Philip Tierno of the New York University School of Medicine.

So, it is important to wash your bed sheets once a week if you want to be healthy.
