So, try to take advantage of this and spend more time in your garden. You will not only be exposed to sunlight and vitamin D, but you can stay active as well. From carrying bags of mulch, hoeing rows, picking weeds, planting seeds to shoveling manure, moving pots and pushing a mower – plus other gardening tasks provide you with an effective full body workout.
