Washing your chopping boards with liquid detergent could be a big mistake
We all use liquid detergent when we wash our dishes, after cooking or eating, right? But this is actually a big mistake you can do when you clean your chopping board. Well, we mainly use these boards for preparing vegetables or raw meat. But in general raw meat contains bacteria that are easily transferred onto the chopping board and it can affect our health if it is not cleaned properly.
In other words, after using the chopping board to prepare the meat, you should use a different and stronger detergent that can help you disinfect and remove those harmful microbes. You can use your common liquid detergent for the greasy pots and tableware but opt for something stronger for cleaning the chopping boards.
