You should never store pre-cut fruits or veggie

One of the most common mistakes that people make is storing pre-cut fruit and veggies in their fridge. Of course, we should eat more vitamins, but cutting them and then storing them in the fridge may not be as healthy as you think.

According to health experts, some fruits and vegetables can lose some nutrients when you cut and then cool them. Moreover, they can deteriorate faster, as more surface area is exposed. However, if you want to avoid this and enjoy more fruits and veggies, all you have to do is to wash them properly, put them in the fridge, but cut them only when you are ready to consume them.
